Self-paced
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 25% of the lessons have been completed and no certificate has been issued.
Live online
Full refund up to 7 days before the first session. After that, a free transfer to a later class. No refund after the second session.
In-person workshop
Full refund up to 14 days before the date; 50% refund 7–13 days before; no refund within 7 days, but a free transfer to a later workshop.
Private company and church workshops
A 50% deposit books the date. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the date. One free reschedule.
Company seats
Unused seats are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

How refunds are paid
To the original card within 10 business days of approval.
